Michelle and Mark purchased a new construction single family two story home in the Stonebrooke Neighborhood of Lakeville, MN in 2007. Since moving in and starting a family, the couple has performed many updates to the home in hopes to remove the builder basic feel of the property while showcasing Michelle’s classic decorating style.

The face lift started in the kitchen, where they replaced all the cabinets, countertops and appliances.To allow for their children to entertain friends at home, they finished the lower level, adding about 1100 finished sq feet to the home with a bathroom, kitchenette and large amusement room with a stone fireplace.Also, Michelle and Mark built a large deck and increased the landscaping on their private lot. This colonial style two story home offers over 5000 finished sq feet, 4 bedrooms and 5 baths.

The couple is hoping their property value has increased due to the major efforts in improving the esthetics of the home, adding more finished sq feet and the desirable location in a family friendly neighborhood in Lakeville.
